We want to offer holiday drop off, as a convenience for our clients. If your dog is to be dropped off on one of our listed holidays, an additional charge of $20 will be applied to your boarding total.

Our lobby hours on holidays are between 8:00AM-9:00AM and 5:00PM-6:00PM.

We want to offer holiday pick up, as a convenience for our clients. If your dog is to be picked up on one of our listed holidays, an additional charge of $40 will be applied to your boarding total.

Our lobby hours on holidays are between 8:00AM-9:00AM and 5:00PM-6:00PM.

If your dog cannot participate in group play for any reason, an additional charge of $10 per day will be applied to your boarding total.

Individual Care dogs keep the same schedule as the dogs in group play, but are bunked up outside the perimeter of the main daycare area (can still interact with the group on the other side of the fence).

If your dog is picked up after we close our lobby (if you have communicated with our staff), an additional charge of $1 per minute, per dog will be applied to your boarding total.

If you have not communicated with our staff prior to closing, your dog will be boarded and you will be charged accordingly.

If your dog is brought in to be boarded, but you do not have a confirmed reservation, an additional charge of $20 will be applied to your boarding total.

If your dog is left with us without conversing with our team that you have a need to extend the stay, an additional charge of $20 per additional night will be applied to your boarding total.

If a dog is sent to board without their food being packaged as we require (each meal packed individually, each in its own bag or container), an additional charge of $5 per day will be applied to your boarding total.

If K9 must feed your dog a “kennel mix” (if food is forgotten altogether or a dog is boarded longer than originally intended), an additional charge of $2.50 per meal will be applied to your boarding total. * We do not keep an inventory of food here and require owners to provide their dog’s own food so we may avoid GI upset/alleric reactions, etc. K9 supplied food is only available if other options are exhausted.

If your dog is staying for a single night only, is dropped off before 12:00PM on Day 1 and picked up after 12:00PM on Day 2, an additional charge of $10 will be applied to your boarding total.

If your dog is staying for 2+ nights, this charge does not apply.

If your dog requires special care in regards to feeding or administering medication (ie: insulin, time-consuming regimen, etc), an additional charge of $10 per day will be applied to your boarding total.

If your dog requires a larger kennel than assigned by their weight or height, an additional charge of $10 per day will be applied to your boarding total.

This charge will only be applied during holidays and busy weeks/weekends. For example, if we observe your dog displaying any of these habits while boarding with us, they will incur that additional charge.

*incontinence (behavioral/voluntary or involuntary)

*damages crate pans

*damages metal crates or 5’x5’ kennel panels

*has the ability to jump out of a standard 5’x5’ kennel

If your dog makes a habit of intentionally rolling/rubbing in poop, and we have sent you a notification about it, an additional charge of $15 per incident will be applied to your boarding total.
