Requirements
-
New Clients must register with Paw Partner prior to a dog’s first visit.
**K9 is unable to access an owner’s information until we receive a reservation request. We will be unable to accept any reservation requests without signed agreements and current vaccination records. These are commonly missed steps and will hold up the progress of a request.
**When vaccinations are updated between visits, please upload or send a copy so that we can be sure your dog’s profile stays current!Boarding reservations must be requested and confirmed before a kennel will be guaranteed.
Owners must provide individually packaged meals in disposable plastic bags or reusable plastic containers, for the entirety of a boarding dog’s stay (through selected pick up time).
**We feed at roughly 7:00AM, 11:00AM, and 5:00PM.Owners must provide detailed, written instructions if medication is to be administered (amount, frequency, etc).
-
All dogs must wear a flat collar and will remain on leash until our staff takes a dog in or releases a dog to its owner.
Any dog older than 20 weeks old is required to have current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella, and we encourage owners to regularly deworm and use flea & tick preventative as well. *Proof of current vaccinations must be provided in Paw Partner.
Any dog younger than 20 weeks old is required to have current Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations.
*Distemper is given in a series and requires boosters, up until an annual vaccine is administered, so those must be current as well.Intact, female dogs are not permitted at K9-Playtime during their heat cycle and cannot return for 1-2 weeks after.
Dogs suffering from major/life threatening health conditions will be individually assessed prior to a reservation confirmation. K9-Playtime staff will be unable to provide insulin administration or hospice-type care. *We draw this line for safety and liability purposes.
K9-Playtime does NOT implement breed restrictions. We judge dogs based on their individual personalities and we reserve the right to refuse service if a dog’s behavior is deemed inappropriate for our setting.
Aggression toward other dogs and/or humans is unacceptable and will not be tolerated at our facility.
