If your dog cannot participate in group play for any reason, an additional charge of $10 per day will be applied to your daycare total.

Individual Care dogs keep the same schedule as the dogs in group play, but are bunked up outside the perimeter of the main daycare area (can still interact with the group on the other side of the fence).

If your dog is picked up after we close our lobby (if you have communicated with our staff), an additional charge of $1 per minute, per dog will be applied to your daycare total.

If you have not communicated with our staff prior to closing, your dog will be boarded and you will be charged accordingly.

If your dog makes a habit of intentionally rolling/rubbing in poop, and we have sent you a notification about it, an additional charge of $15 per incident will be applied to your daycare total.
